NOVAGRADIENT keeps this simple. This is a static marketing site: it sets no advertising cookies, builds no profiles, and never sells your information. We collect only what you send us directly, plus a small amount of anonymous, aggregate usage data. This page names every service that touches your data and exactly what each one does.

Information You Give Us

The only place this site collects personal information is the project brief on the Let's Get Started page. When you submit it, you choose what to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and a description of the work you have in mind. We use those details solely to reply to you and scope potential work. There is no account to create and no other form on the site.

The Contact Form (Basin)

The project brief is hosted by Basin, a form-processing service. When you submit the form, Basin receives your entries, filters spam, and forwards the submission to us by email. Basin processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not use the form, email us directly instead.

Analytics (Plausible)

We measure aggregate site traffic with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool. Plausible is cookieless, sets nothing on your device, and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. It reports only anonymized, aggregate numbers such as page views, referrers, countries, and device types, which we use to understand what content is useful. Because no personal data or cookies are involved, this site does not need a cookie consent banner. See Plausible's data policy for details.

Hosting (Cloudflare)

The site is served through Cloudflare. As part of delivering pages and protecting the site, Cloudflare may temporarily process standard request data such as IP addresses for security and reliability. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell or rent personal information, run advertising or retargeting pixels, set tracking cookies, or share your details with anyone beyond the services named above. The only reasons we would ever disclose information are to comply with a valid legal obligation or to protect the security and rights of the site and its users.

Data Retention and Your Choices

We keep the messages you send only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have provided, and we will honor it subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
