Advisory / Roadmap / Enablement

AI Consulting & Strategy

We help you decide what to adopt, what to ignore, and what to rebuild. You get sequencing, costs, risks, and owners attached to every move, as decisions you can act on rather than possibilities.

AI Consulting

Leadership tends to reach for this when AI clearly matters but the first three moves cannot yet be named, or when competing internal proposals need an independent read before budget is committed to any of them.

Most companies do not have an AI problem so much as a sequencing problem: too many plausible tools, no shared view of which workflows genuinely deserve automation, and no reliable way to tell an expensive experiment from a durable capability. We assess where a company actually stands, map the opportunities against its real operational constraints, and return a sequenced roadmap with costs, risks, owners, and success criteria attached to every move.

The engagement

What the work
actually produces.

What You Get

  • An honest assessment of AI readiness across data, workflows, tooling, and team capability
  • A prioritized opportunity map that separates durable capability from expensive novelty
  • A sequenced roadmap with cost, risk, owner, and success criteria attached to each move
  • Governance and policy guidance your team can apply without a legal department

Deliverables

  • AI readiness assessment across data, workflow, tooling, and capability
  • Opportunity map with effort, impact, and risk scoring per candidate workflow
  • Sequenced roadmap, cost model, and build-versus-buy recommendations
  • Governance notes, usage policy guidance, and a team enablement plan

Where This Work Fits

  • Leadership teams deciding where to commit an AI budget for the first time
  • Companies with scattered AI pilots that never became production capability
  • Teams weighing whether to buy a platform, build internally, or wait
  • Organizations that need an independent read before a vendor contract is signed

Who It's For

  • Owners and executives accountable for an AI budget and its return
  • Operations and technology leaders sequencing a multi-year plan
  • Companies that want judgment before implementation, from a team that can also implement

How we work

Method over
deliverable theater.

We assess what is actually true about the data, workflows, and team before recommending anything.

Every recommendation carries a cost, an owner, and a way to tell whether it worked.

We say plainly which opportunities are not worth pursuing, which is usually the most valuable part.

Questions

Frequently asked,
plainly answered.

What does AI consulting actually deliver?

An assessment of where the company genuinely stands, an opportunity map scored by effort and impact, a sequenced roadmap with costs and owners, and governance guidance. The output is a set of decisions leadership can fund, not a catalog of things AI can theoretically do.

How is this different from hiring a strategy consultancy?

We build the systems we recommend. Strategy that never survives contact with implementation is the common failure mode in AI advisory work, so our recommendations are constrained by what we know can actually ship and be maintained.

Do we have to hire you to build what you recommend?

No. The roadmap is written to be handed to any capable team, including your own. Many clients implement the first phase with us and the rest internally once the pattern is established.

How long does an AI consulting engagement take?

Scope drives it. A focused readiness assessment and opportunity map is a matter of weeks. A full roadmap covering governance, cost modeling, and enablement across several departments takes longer, and we scope it explicitly before starting.

What if the honest answer is that we should not adopt AI yet?

Then that is the recommendation, with the reasoning and the conditions that would change it. Published research consistently finds that AI gains depend on workflow clarity, so telling a company to fix a process before automating it is often the highest-return advice available.
